People News: Moves at Deutsche, Citi, Baird, Goldman and Janney

Deutsche named Henry Ritchotte as chief operating officer, while Stuart Lewis will take over as the firm’s chief risk officer. Meanwhile, Stephan Leithner will lead the bank’s human resources, legal and compliance division. And in the firm’s investment banking unit, Colin Fan, who works in the emerging-markets division of the bank, will oversee sales and trading. Robert Rankin, Deutsche Bank’s head of its Asian operations, will lead the origination and advisory businesses. [NY Times]
