Got offer from oil & gas group as team head in CD/M&A. 8 years of IB/m&a exp. What would be a market rate?

  • With the amount of info you've given, it gives a vague range between 150k -200k, now factor in how many people you'll manage, how big the company is, where your located etc and that would bring you to a range of 5k.
