  • Don't be late, do not leave early, do not complain, do not try to outwit the full time employees with your academic theories. The good ones know them already. Do use this as an opportunity to learn everything you can about the systems, operations, and never turn down a chance to learn something new or meet someone new no matter the size of the task. You should treat this like your last chance to get your foot in the door and soak up everything like a sponge. A very big sponge and don't worry about if you will get a permanent offer or the competition. Just focus on the learning aspect.
