I'm in institutional sales,concerned i'll be in sales forever if I don't start to distinguish myself.Ideas?

I'm with a top sell side firm, have level I of my CFA and will take level II in June. I want to keep as many doors in finance open, is there anything I can be doing right now? Besdies an MBA and CFA is there anything out there to get ahead of the competition? My company pays for any/all educational classes...any suggestions?
