High end auto-5yr.Very passionate in fx ,trading live-1. Qualify for a position on Efina. careers?

Mercedes Benz sales for over 5 years. Highly passionate about the forex markets. Would like to know if that would be enough experience other than some college. I have a strong willingness to learn and am easy to train. I have been trading live in forex for right under a year. Thanks
