I am interviewing with a Real Estate Group. What should I be aware of from a professional perspective?

I have an interview this week with a Real Estate Private Equity Group. Although from a personal perspective I know the sector well, I would like to get some information on critical things I should know. What is expected of me, what traits and skills are sought, any professional designations, what are major difficulties or challenges at the job. Any personal experiences that you might want to share are more than welcomed. Thanks a lot.
