  • Keep trying as survival of the fittest, would not advise getting an MBA as you dont really have working experience to fully benefit from your MBA.

  • It is difficult out there... my question for you is where did you intern? That is where your first offer will come from in many cases. If you do not have any experience as an intern I hate to say it but smart "kids" with business/finance degrees are not hard to come by. You have the right idea about getting your foot in the door but the real issue become what do you want to do? The less particular you are the more desperate you will seem and the less interest you will receive. Getting an MBA before having any practical work experience is very dangerous and I would advise against it; most likely you will wind up in the same spot but now you are viewed as more expensive an possibly the dreaded career student type. In the mean time be willing to do what it take to earn experience including internships, keep talking what was probably a dead end in Nov-Dec might be more fruitful in the upcoming weeks and months. It is a difficult position to be in having graduated (I assume in May 08) without having a full time offer in the business world and looking for work at the end of the year is rarely fruitful.
