2 years experience in Mortgage Defeasance. Can anyone identify a field I may be able to transition in to?
I was recently displaced due to the downturn in the Commercial Mortgage Defeasance market. I structured and purchased portfolios of replacement collateral (US and Agency Debt Securities) for CRE securitized loan defeasances. I am also a Level II CFA Candidate. Where does someone with my experience find work in this market?
