15 yrs exp in equity inv. Want to move to a consultancy job. Acctg degree and MBA in Finance. Best way ?

I have several years experience in equities (portfolio management, analyst and trading). Managed a small broker dealer. Also, several years of experience working as an accountant. Have a Bs in Accounting and an MBA in Finance. I am interested in changing to a consultancy job.

  • Here's a thought . . .It appears you have the knowledge of the business and operations which is a great way to step into a Technology Relationship Manager for a system implementation. You could pitch yourself as the business SME to work with the Proj Mgr, acct., finance, treasury, and Tech teams on requirements, testing, policies, procedures, etc.
