  • Take an MBA but first of all think twice. You are gonna move from a professional environment to a corporate one. Technical skills will matter less than people management skills. Are you good with them ?

  • Eduardo, start by registering with eFinancialCareers, posting your resume on eFC and searching our site for relevant openings - if you haven't done so already. If your resume is posted (to do that, you must first sign in or register at http://www.efinancialcareers.com/myefc.htm/pageAction-resumeNew), an employer or recruiter who had a suitable opportunity could find you in our database. - Jon Jacobs, eFinancialCareers News staff
