I want to be in IB or trading floor in the future. Should i accept an public finance offer?

Job market sucks now. I'm a fresh grad M.S. Engineering from top-tier school and gonna take CFA lvl1 in a month. Will take series 7/63. I want to be in IB , trading floor, or hedge fund in the future. Should i accept an public finance offer?
