I want to get into insitutional trading, like at jefferies or jones trading. what is the best way to get into
I currently have my 7 and 66 and want to get into insitutional trading. My friend Works at Jones trading in the back office but can not give me any help how to get in. I want to become a traders assistant, for now, and eventually a trader. How should I try to get in and where should I apply. THe 2 main 3rd market traders I know are jefferies and jones. What other ones are there and what role should I be looking to get into to get my foot in the door?
