Hi,
I work at a small corporate bank. I have 4.5 years experience in banking, 3 years in a commercial credit analyst/relationship manager role and 1.5 years as a credit analyst in Corporate Banking. I worked on sizeable FTSE 100 transactions and I have just attended my pay review? I’m pretty sure I’m underpaid but I’m just interested to know what the market rate is? I’m on £45k per annum and 15% bonus.
We had a pretty good year as well so they can’t really use that excuse. Any takers?
Easylee I think it depends on the current role and location that you are on/in, is it analytical related or investment related? please state further info however based on your experience and info you provided I would say there are higher paid jobs out there on the market and definitely with higher bonus level. Have you spoken to any specialised recruiters?
