I’m a UST fresh graduate just received offers from big4 firms. However, I am worrying that my past criminal record (shoplifting) would affect my employment. I would like to ask normally whether audit firm would check the criminal record of to-be employees? If so, would audit firm reject people with any criminal record after release of offer?
