Iam not getting shortlisted for interview because of current package is less.i have good fundamental knowledge and little experiance on investment product.

Firstly, investment banking is a misleading term…it’s not even investments nor banking. Secondly, you need to sharpen your attention to details which bankers pay a lot emphasis. For instance, the spelling of experience is spelled wrongly.
There are tons of CVs by ex-employees of Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan, why would an employer pick you? I would recommend you convince your bank to move you from retail banking to capital markets. Make a good case and be ready to take a serious step down and salary cut.
