To brief abt myself i am a commerce graduate with 7 yrs of exp of which 2 yrs include Bank -Retail Branch ops and one yr being Pvt banking ops Doha…..could somebody tell me hows the recruitment scene like in Dubai wrt Banks…

it is even worst than where u r currently staying… it is one of the worst performing market…Ur attempt to explore opportunity will only further widen hole into ur personal savings
There is a slow movement of people from an over banked Dubai to other GCC countries ,so if your looking the other way round it may take some more time.
For sure it helps to move around. However, I would rather advise you to improve on you ?communication skills as is evident from your faulty sentence structure.?
