Question: Client services or RM but whats the difference and what is the best qualification an IMC or IAQ?

  1. Hello, your question is too vague in my opinion, which product coverage are you referring too?

  2. IMC qualification is better,,,,unless you want to work in operations then IAQ. Client services general deal with day to day client queries where as relationship manager (RM) deals with the bigger picture. They talk to clients about what extra they can provide for them and see how they can add value to the clients. This is for wealth management!

    Pomplo, I was not really refering to a product area as such, jus the difference between the roles and which is the best qualification to take for them. I think Jay has answered my question though. Thanks all.
