Islamic Finance/banking is very fragmented and a few large banks, Dubai Islamic bank, Abu Dhabi Islamic bank, AlRaji bank in Saudi and some more can offer depending on your skills. You will need to network as most jobs are not advertised
look at islamic development bank that would fit your non profit back ground.
Consider an islamic micro-finance institution, such as the ‘Family Bank’ in Bahrain
You should get yourself certified in Islamic Finance such as the Islamic Finance Qualification (IFQ) from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment, UK . This would demonstrate to any potential employer that you have a working knowledge of Islamic Finance.
