Depends on what you are looking for? and where does your experience lay (and if i am candid with you where you got it from)
The FS sector in the ME has indeed grown in the last decade (putting aside the current retrenchment due to the global crisis). However, proper HF can be counted on one hand here (if trading is your focus), and most of the commodity research analysis is still done in other parts of the world (London, NY, Singapore, …etc).
You could always look at corporate roles though (think here of a research position/development in an oil and Gas Co, we do have quite a lots of them here).
