Yeah. It is called ASSKissing 101. Best to master it. Though over time it fluctuates between outright laughter with the boss, chuckling, smiling , chuckling, laughing at the boss.

depends on the boss personality ,, mine doesn’t like ASS KISSERS , and would appreciate that someone challenge his ideas, But with a well structured argument , if not , the junior will have to take up all the sarcasm for the rest of his life !!!!!
