stay in Pakistan, market very difficult here
a spell check is a useful tool and also goes a long way in job hunt communication. stay with citi Pakistan till you get a job with Citi Dubai, that should be the logical move.
Jobs in Dubai goes by the type of the passport you hold so I suggest to stay in Pakistan unless you hold an EU or US passport !
I think question itself is not making logical sense. It is purely luck that could click at any point. My suggestion is keep in touch with the headhunters and keep watching the open positions.
